Mind-Body Practitioner
in yogatherapy & stress and anxiety management
Who am I ?
I discovered yoga over 30 years ago in 1995.
Its practice has helped me a lot in my personal and professional life. I decided to make it my profession by becoming a yoga teacher in 2010 and then a yoga therapist.
I have taught yoga and yogatherapy in Washington, Brussels, Geneva and I am now based in Bordeaux.
Specialised in stress, anxiety and trauma management techniques, I use them on a daily basis and it has changed my perception of life. I have been able to experience and feel all the benefits of using self-regulation tools to manage my stress and anxiety.
This is why I want to pass on these simple and easily accessible techniques in my yogatherapy consultations, to help improve the quality of life of anyone suffering from chronic stress, post-traumatic stress or anxiety.
